New Literary Observer at the "Non/fiction №15" Book Fair
This year, as usual, the New Literary Observer publishing house has taken part in the annual “Non/fiction” Book Fair in Moscow. We were glad to see you at our stand № A4, where you could have a glimpse of all our best and latest titles, which were sold without any extra charges.
The particular stress was made on three of our new books. On 27-th of November in the Central House of Artists a presentation of the title “Russian city movements of 2009-2013: on the way to the Political” took place (the book deals with the up-to-date analysis of the essence and substance of the latest urban opposition movements and performances in Russia). The presentation of the book “The Parisians: The French Drawn by Themselves (1839-1842)” – the collection of lively and vibrant essays and drafts about the life of Parisian women with different social background in the mid-nineteenth century first published in Russian - was held at the same place on the 30-th of November. Also on 29-th of November the MHT theatre and the Sakharov’s Centre housed the readings of the Swiss drama from our recently published “Swiss Drama Anthology”. We were happy to see you as our hosts!
